Privacy Policy
1. Information we collect
Super Foam Canvas does not ask users to create an account or sign in. Hopalt does not intentionally collect a user's name, email address, precise location, contacts, artwork, or drawing activity through the app. When advertising is enabled, Kidoz may automatically process the limited technical information described in Section 6.
2. Artwork stored on the device
Artwork and related save information are stored locally on the user's device. They are not uploaded to Hopalt. Users can delete artwork from My Art or remove locally stored app data by uninstalling the app.
3. Saving and sharing
If a user selects Save to Photos, the artwork is exported to the device's photo library. If a user selects Share, the file is passed to the operating system share sheet and then to an app chosen by the user. The privacy policy of that selected service applies after the file is shared. Photos exported to the photo library must be deleted separately in the device's Photos app.
4. Network access
The app may connect to the internet to retrieve its coloring catalog and images and, when enabled, request and display advertising. Network infrastructure may process limited technical information, such as an IP address and basic request logs, to deliver and secure content and advertising. Hopalt does not use artwork or drawing activity for advertising or profiling.
5. Children's privacy
The app is intended for children and families. Hopalt does not knowingly request or collect personal information from children through the app. If we learn that personal information from a child has been collected unintentionally, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
6. Kidoz advertising
The app may use the Kidoz SDK to provide child-appropriate contextual ads. According to Kidoz, its SDK does not collect advertising identifiers and does not use personal information for behavioral advertising, profiling, remarketing, or cross-device tracking. Kidoz may process the operating-system type, device type, language preference, date and time of access, approximate location at country level, IP address, and a random short-lived session identifier. This information is used to select an appropriate contextual campaign, limit ad frequency, operate and secure the service, measure ads, calculate payments, detect fraud, and perform internal service analysis. Kidoz states that approximate location and identifiers are deleted after a maximum of two months. Kidoz processes this information under its own Privacy Policy for Website and SDK. 7. Other third-party services
Device operating-system features used for photo export and sharing are provided by the platform operator and selected third-party apps under their own terms and privacy policies.
8. Security and retention
Because artwork remains on the device, its security and retention are affected by the user's device settings, backups, photo library, and selected sharing services. Hopalt does not retain a server-side copy of the artwork. Advertising-related information is retained by Kidoz according to its policy and applicable law.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app, advertising configuration, or other services change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when a revision is published.
